Graham Place Rate Sheet

Board at Cottonwood Farm:

$450 per month includes 2 meals daily, coastal or timothy hay, daily turnout and stall cleaning, and administration of supplements provided by owner.  Any additional/special care above this will be an extra charge and billed separately. All horses boarded at CWF must be in regular lessons and or training with Graham Place .

Lessons

• Non beginner Introductory/Evaluation lesson--$70

All non beginner riders new to Graham Place must do this lesson the first time.  

• Beginner Package (all beginners must do this package-lessons must be taken  in 8 weeks)

$300 includes 6 lessons allowing 1 ½ hours with supervision tacking up and putting horse away

• All other lessons- $40/$50 ship in or travel (time length of lesson depends on horse and/or rider’s needs and number in the lesson)

Prepaid Package Discounts-CWF Boarders Only

(must be paid by 1^st of month and used by last day of month)

4 lessons @$35=$140

Rides

Training Rides- $35/ride

Show Rides- $30/class

Training

Horse show Training-$50/ day first horse

  $40/day each additional horse

Expenses split evenly among all customers

Special Horse show training—requires long distance, multiple day travel and only 1 or 2 horses-(i.e. Indoors, Congress)

$150/day on show day and $75/day on travel days plus all expenses

Sales/Training-$500/month

Includes 4 rides/lessons per week-any combination of the two

All horses bought, sold, or leased with the help of Graham Place will be charged a 10% commission on purchase, sales, or lease price.
